We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a modern twin room with air conditioning and a comfortable bed.

I booked a Deluxe(!) room which totally furnished with 80's furnitures! The bed was too old, and unconfortable. The furnitures were very old fashion and you could easily feel that they are not clean after using many may years.. There is no hair-dryer in the bath and when I asked to reception to supply me one they said that there are just two hair dryers in the hotel and both are taken by the other guests. And they even did not try to ask to those two guest when the hair dryers will be available. They could be able to find me a hair dryer next day!! Also the free wi-fi was not working during my stay!! My experienc was really full of negativeness in this hotel. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to any guest.

Recently renovated property with excellent co-operating staff and magnificent location also to local railway station. Location next to the city centre and Lublin International Fair grouds, turistic attractions and the old town and restaurant. Plus, near Biala Gallery.

I had large and air conditioned economy room. The bed was really big and an electronic key card, multi-channel TV and a writing table were a bonus.

The location is excellent, near the center. the staff is affable and makes sure the place is fairly clean. - Make sure to stay in the twin room with AC, a great bathroom, and an excellent bed.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was great. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food options, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very noisy, even on the higher floors. the coffee provided in the rooms was of artificial and undrinkable quality.

This place has a fantastic and convenient location, within walking distance to many attractions.

During my Easter stay, I was pleased with the comfortable and spacious rooms. The decor was nice and the hotel had a relaxed feel to it. The staff were friendly and attentive, and I appreciated the 24-hour reception. Additionally, the location was ideal as it was a short walk to the Old Town where I found plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops.

While my overall experience was positive, there were a couple of drawbacks. I found it a bit uncomfortable that there was no air conditioning in the rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located near tourist attractions, the old town, nice bars, and a shopping center. I enjoyed a relaxing visit to Szkatuła Restauracja pub for a few drinks after a long day.

I had a really comfortable stay for a business trip. The hotel was a perfect place for enjoying the shopping area next to Lublin Plaza shopping centre and the Old Town. The location of the property was magnificent, relatively near Sobieski Family Palace.
